Utilising radiometric IR sensors, thermographic data can be gathered which allows for analysis of heat loss, water ingress and other building defects. From this data, analysis can generate cost models identifying the cost of these defects.
Construction sites, roads builds and planning can utilise Drones to enable progress reports, stockpile monitoring, easy and quick large scale area mapping and Orthomosaic images.We offer repeatability and achieve ground sampling well under general requirement. This is with reference to the accuracy bands set out by RICS, the band dictated by client requirement. Being able to offer specific results allows us to be able to highlight the level of time that can be saved over traditional surveying methods. This ultimately gives the client a fast turnaround and at a significant reduction in cost.

Working closely with our drone division we have perfected the ability of capture life as it exists by using laser scanning and photogrammetry techniques to generate a 3D computer models of existing structures, people and environments.
An orthophoto, orthophotograph or orthoimage is an aerial photograph geometrically corrected (“orthorectified”) such that the scale is uniform: the photo has the same lack of distortion as a map. Unlike an uncorrected aerial photograph, an orthophotograph can be used to measure true distances, because it is an accurate representation of the Earth’s surface, having been adjusted for topographic relief, lens distortion, and camera tilt.
